ABOX Packaging Company offers a full range of package design services. Whether the goal is to replicate an existing structure, select a suitable industry standard structure for your product, or to find a creative packaging solution, our design staff can meet your needs.

Our design team understands that your packaging is an important part of marketing your product. Once design features have been determined, we will provide CAD samples for review of size, style and function. Electronic die drawings are available for your graphic artist to initiate artwork.

To assure consistency from design through completed product, design files are used for die making, plating and to verify fit and position throughout the manufacturing process. We offer in-house die making services using a Gerber routing system and automated rule bending for accuracy and precision across all die positions.

Paperboard Packaging

Great packages begin with the right material - one that can deliver performance, quality and reliability for the product it houses. Paperboard packaging is made in several different grades of substrates that possess unique characteristics, making each grade suitable for different packaging needs and applications. We stock, in roll form, many different types and thicknesses of paperboard for maximum production efficiency. Our paperboard inventory allows for quick production cycles by eliminating raw material lead times.

As an independent, we are able to serve the paperboard needs of our customers regardless of paperboard specifications.
